Bridge – Successful subscriptions of Ravenpack & Sting

The final subscriptions of pre-IPO shares from Ravenpack & Sting Networks are successfully completed. At first, Sting Networks’ share issue of 5 million SEK (Swedish Crowns) was heavily oversubscribed. The share issue of Ravenpack, 5 million CHF (Swiss Francs) was also oversubscribed. To both subscriptions, current shareholders have got the priority to the assignments.

TIRN’s metamorphose to PMR completed now!

TIRN, the company has totally changed into PMR. The new program was successfully launched earlier, a month before.
